Barringtons offer a lettings service to both landlord and tenant.
Landlords
For the landlord we offer two levels of service
- find only - suitable for a Landlord who wishes to carry out the ongoing management of the property themselves
- fully managed - suitable for a Landlord who wishes to leave the day-to-day management of the property to someone else.

Tenants
For tenants above all else we aim to help you find the right property and have a happy tenancy.
- All tenancies will be on a 6 month assurred shorthold tenancy.
- All tenancies are on a monthly basis with a months rent payable in advance
- A full bond equivalent to one months rent is payable
- References will be required
